Hosted by a retired federal employee himself, who has been through it all, and who has helped many federal employees across this country, this podcast will talk about a wide range of common issues all federal employees continually face, in addition to giving federal employees a platform for their voices to be heard, and to share their stories and issues. Knowledge is power, and FedUp believes that all our stories need to be heard by all.

This clerk with the USPS, and an APWU dues paying member, shares her story, which includes her on the job work injury, the constant mistreatment from management, misrepresentation from her union, and how this all made her feel alone, in addition to talking about resources and people who have helped her throughout her journey in this broken and unjust system that is failing us all.

Erin, I’m sorry you have been dealing with all that. Too many of us suffer at the hands of management, our agency, and even our union at times. This unjust and broken system of mistreatment and misrepresentation affects us in many different ways. There’s gotta be accountability! This is why I created FedUp! Everything that is being said is straight up the truth! Sounds like Judy is from a station because she mentions a postmaster-I’m a clerk in Milwaukee downtown and have dealt with a lot of the same BS from EEO Randy to management.
